    9440A On Off switch

This looks like it may work as a replacement for the 9440A amplifier on/off switch. 2PCS NOBLE Rotary Power Switch (without potentiometer) - eBay (item 260653414593 end time Sep-19-10 04:52:31 PDT)
This is the schematic. http://i562.photobucket.com/albums/s...witches/SW.jpg I am not involved with selling these switches. I saw them on ebay and know that the original Altec switches are not available. I just ordered one for one of my 9440A that has a bad switch.

Please let us know if they work Reed, I suspect their depth will require the same modification (drilling) as the DPST toggles I've used, but if they fit without it, you made quite a find indeed.
